Book Publishing Terms and Conditions
Magbook is an E commerce portal www.magbook.in, on which articles, books, and magazines are made available for sale. It is also a publishing Entity for Popular authors, under which dozens of books in Hindi and English languages have been published.
The terms and conditions related to book publication are
as follows:
1. All books are published with ISBN (International Standard Book Number) issued by the Raja Ram Mohan Roy National Agency, an organization under the Department of Higher Education, Department of Education, Government of India, for which the author has to bear the initial registration cost and as well as on digital marketing to get online sales
2. The cost of publication depends on three things
Formatting :
Typing, correction, page making, designing, editing, and proofreading.
Printing: The page number of the book is determined in multiples of 4 for the normal size of the printing book 8.5 by 5.5 square inches Any book should be at least 112 pages The maximum number of pages depends on the book content, which should not exceed 400 Pages Printing is in hardbound and paperback format Generally, A hardbound book is costlier than a paperback.
Parcel/Courier: Books are sent to the author by registered post, speed post or parcel with safe packing Service of Indian post or courier is taken to deliver the books safely.
Professional Charges: TDMN LLP will charge a professional services fee of 10 of the total Publication project cost for aligning all the listed services.
Author's copy: 12 copies of the published book will be
given to the Author for self consumption as part of the services delivered under this Book publication arrangement, engaged by the Author with TDML LLP.
Legal:Any kind of dispute etc is settled in the courts of Delhi

बुक खरीद: मैगबुक पर बड़ी संख्या में पाठकों द्वारा असानी से बुक खरीदना संभव.
पुस्तकालय खरीद: केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों एवं स्कूल—कालेज की पुस्तकालयों द्वारा खरीद.
पुरस्कार: केंद्र और राज्यों के राजभाषा विभाग, कंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय एवं अन्य संस्थानों द्वारा पुरस्कार, खरीद आदि के लिए भेजना.
प्रतियोगिता: समय—समय पर मैगबुक द्वारा प्रतियागिता और पुरस्कार का आयोजन.

पुस्तक प्रकाशन संबंधी नियम और शर्तें: मैगबुक एक ई—कॉमर्स पोर्टल www.magbook.in है, जिसपर विभिन्न विषयों के आर्टिकल एवं फीचर, किताबें और पत्रिकाओं को बिक्री के लिए उपलब्ध करवाया जाता है. यह एक प्रकाशन संस्थान भी है, जिसके अंतरगत हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषा की किताबें प्रकाशित की जाती हैं.पुस्तक प्रकाशन से संबंधित नियम और शर्तें इस प्रकार हैं:—
1.सभी पुस्तक भारत सरकार के शिक्षा विभाग, हायर एजुकेशन विभाग के अधीन संस्था राजा राममोहन राय नेशनल एजेंसी द्वारा जारी किए जाने वाले आईएसबीएन (अन्तरराष्ट्रीय मानक पुस्तक संख्यां) के साथ प्रकाशित की जाती है, जिस पर आनेवाला शुरुआती खर्च लेखक को वहन करना होता है. प्रकाशक आनलाइन बिक्री करवाने के लिए डिजिटल मार्केटिंग और भेजने पर खर्च करती है.
2. प्रकाशन का खर्च तीन बातों पर निर्भर करता है.
फार्मेटिंग: टाइपिंग, करेक्शन, पेज मेकिंग, डिजाइनिंग, एडिटिंग और प्रूफ रीडिंग.
प्रिंटिंग: प्रिंटिंग किताब की सामान्य साइज 8.5 गुणा 5.5 वर्ग इंच के लिए 4 के गुणक (मल्टिपल) में किताब की पेज संख्या निर्धारित की जाती है. जैसे कोई भी किताब कम से कम 112 पेज की होनी चाहिए. अधिक से अधिक पेज की संख्या पुस्तक के विषय पर निर्भर करता है, जो 400 से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए. प्रिंटिंग हार्ड बाउंड और पेपर बैक में फर्मेट में होती है. हार्ड बाउंड किताब पेपर बैक से महंगी होती है.
कीमत: किसी भी पेपर बैक किताब की कीमत उस पृष्ठ संख्या की दुगनी और हार्ड बाउंड की तीनगुनी रखी जाती है. पार्सल/कोरियर: लेखक या ग्रहाक को सुरक्षित पैकिंग के साथ रजिस्टर्ड पोस्ट, स्पीड पोस्ट या पार्सल से किताबें भेजी जाती है. किताबें सुरक्षित पहुंचाने के लिए भारतीय डाक या कोरियर की सर्विस ली जाती है.
प्रोफेशनल चार्ज: मैगबुक की कंपनी टीडीएमएन एलएलपी एक प्रोफेशनल चार्ज लेती है,जो कुल प्रोजेक्ट की लागत का 10 फीसदी होता है.
लेखकीय प्रति:लेखक को 12 प्रति शुरुआती लागत में नि:शुल्क दी जाती है. इसके अतिरिक्त लेखक 50 प्रतिशत के डिस्काउंट पर जितनी भी चाहें प्रतियां मैगबुक से खरीद सकते हैं.
मैगबुक से बिकने वाली किताबों पर 40 प्रतिशत या 25 प्रतिशत की रायल्टी दी जाती है, जिसका भुगतना अगले माह के प्रथम सप्ताह में किया जाता है.
सभी तरह का भुगतान टीडीएमएन के बैंक अकाउंट के जरिए ही किया जाता है.
लीगल: किसी भी तरह के विवाद आदि का निपटारा दिल्ली की न्यायालयों में किया जाता है
अस्वीकरणीय: मैगबुक अफवाह, राष्ट्रविरोधी, समाज विरोधी, अंधविश्वास एवं व्यक्तिग आरोप या किसी को महिमामंडित करने वाली किताबें नहीं प्रकाशित करता है.
